An experienced and acclaimed trial attorney, Matthew D. Martin III focuses his practice on representing those injured due to negligence and abuse in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and other healthcare centers. With experience as a former defense lawyer, he brings a deep and unique perspective that allows for more effective legal representation inside and outside of the civil courtroom.
